Although some of our structures are nearly 100 years old, the technology inside is 21st century. Our state of the art dump line submerges the bins in water and allows the fruit to gently float out of the bins and onto the production lines. Our fruit is electronically graded and sized by Aweta-Autoline graders and sizers. We utilize ProduceJet image recognition software to accurately label our product and tracing information. We have modern pattern packing and bagging equipment such as the Giro bagging machine. This summer we will be expanding our cold storage and utilizing cooling technology that allows us to only use a small fraction of refrigerant compared to other systems of its size. We continually strive to use technology to enhance our productivity, quality, and sustainability.
