Food safety is extremely important at Orange Cove – Sanger Citrus Association. Our Food Safety Officer Tom Segrue ensures we are exceeding standards and our facility is regularly audited by an independent company. Though no citrus has ever been recalled we have full trace back and trace forward capabilities.
